this is what you get if you type in "happy man" in google images. i think hes french. and he does seem like a very happy man indeed, google is so dependable!

i dont know these people either but if you're stuck on ideas for a halloween costume i would highly recommend this. or waldo. cause if you were waldo people could brag that they found you. speaking of smurfs...(well, i was before i brought up waldo)...
